Founder/Managing Director
With 30 successful years in this industry, my forte is land/project development (including site location/feasibility studies), conceptual/hard estimating/value engineering, executive/senior level program/project management, cost controls, business development and client relationship building.
I gained my experience working for a family owned high rise construction business that helped pioneer the industry, and was an integral part of the 1970 and 1980′s high-rise redevelopment era of Detroit and Chicago; building such iconic structures as Renaissance Center (also known as the GM Renaissance Center and nicknamed theRenCen) and The Sears Tower; which held the rank as the tallest building in the world for nearly 25 years.
We believe in giving back to our communities. We’re committed to maintaining the vibrancy of our communities by assisting nonprofits. Our community support reflects many of the things we value as a company.
Los Vaqueros Las Vegas are businessmen from various professional backgrounds who are dedicated to the principles of fellowship and giving back to the Las Vegas community through aid to those who are less fortunate. Building fellowship among our members is a Los Vaqueros trademark. Our fellowship creates the strength and resources needed to give back to the community that sustains us.
James E. Cocose was Vice President of Los Vaqueros Las Vegas from January 2010 to February 2011 and has been a member since 2007.
