2121-HAUS involves the redevelopment and expansion of a for lease, multi-tenant commercial office building on East Tropicana, near McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. This iconic building accommodates a total of six commercial office suites ranging in size from 900 SF to 3,100 SF and 45 on-site parking spaces.
