Calm Bay is a tourist complex around the bay Jasenovo, the area between Žaborić Grebaštica and to the west from Šibenik. Initial concepts for this beautiful site included an exclusive resort with an adapted design of Mediterranean style houses and added amenities; to serve the ever increasing tourism from China. The design is a 5 star autocamp, which is ideal and needed for this area. Construction commencement is anticipated for late 2012.

Uvala Jasenovo is a future tourist resort of 123.5 acres, 30% (i.e. 1.6 mil sq.ft or 150.000 sq.m)) of which is to be used for villa and hotel construction plus amenities, retail, etc. Maximal built surface is limited to 80% of the whole area surface (i.e. 4.3 mil. sq. ft or 400.000 sq.m).

Number of beds is limited up to 3,000. There is a possibility to divide area in three divisions, each having 37 acres of surface.

The basic idea is to make the house on the part of the resort based on condominium ownership structure. This type of house makes an excellent second home and it is a quality family investment as well.

Hotel facilities with spa and wellness are planned within the resort, since there is a sea peloid (therapeutic mud) of high quality in the vicinity, the only one of its kind in the Adriatic.
